These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between oknn ("we", "us", "the Company") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the oknn platform available at oknn.win. By accessing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English text shall prevail. The platform targets players located in Bangladesh, and all monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

oknn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to players. Where a material change is made, we will publish a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the oknn platform after any update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes simultaneous acceptance of those policies.

To access the full range of services offered by oknn — including live casino games, sports betting markets, slot games, and the BDT cashier — you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below.

Eligibility requirements for oknn account registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended oknn account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of oknn or any of its affiliated entities.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) oknn account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, oknn reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated transactions and bonus awards, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

The information you provide at registration is used to verify your identity in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You must notify oknn promptly if any of your registered details change by contacting support at [email protected]. Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

oknn operates exclusively for adults. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit funds, place wagers, or claim any promotional offer on the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.

By creating an oknn account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Where oknn has reason to suspect that an account holder may be under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification, and all winnings and bonuses generated during the period of suspected underage play will be voided and withheld pending investigation.

Identity and age verification documents that oknn may request include:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A valid passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• A valid driving licence issued by a recognised authority.
• For address verification: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the last three (3) months and clearly showing your name and residential address.

oknn may request verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or during routine account reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, permanent closure.

All financial transactions on the oknn platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). oknn does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (for example, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply its own standard transaction charges in accordance with its terms of service.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant crediting on confirmed transactions.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — standard bank processing times apply.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard — subject to card issuer approval.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account after oknn Login and may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and KYC requirements of that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of both the player and the platform. oknn aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile money wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.

oknn reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or where a transaction is flagged for compliance review. In such cases, the player will be notified by email and given a clear timeline for resolution.

Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction through your payment provider — without first raising the matter with oknn support — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, oknn reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount from any available balance, and refer the matter to appropriate legal authorities.

oknn offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus conditions that apply to all oknn promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution table for each promotion is available in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fully met, oknn will deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to the bonus from the withdrawal amount. Only the player's own deposited funds (less any wagers placed) will be released.

oknn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method intended to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings voided, and their accounts closed.

By using the oknn platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and must be observed throughout the duration of your use of oknn's services.

You agree to:

• Provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration and verification information.
• Use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for commercial gain or professional advantage in a manner that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Keep your oknn Login credentials confidential and notify oknn immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh in relation to your use of the oknn platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oknn platform:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal information.

• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, system glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will not be paid.
• Money Laundering: Using the oknn platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the primary purpose of laundering money or circumventing financial reporting obligations. oknn complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through a bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with oknn support.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct towards oknn staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another player, an oknn employee, or any other third party.

Violation of any of the prohibited conduct rules above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses, and — at oknn's discretion — permanent closure of the account with or without payment of the remaining balance depending on the severity of the breach. Serious violations including fraud and money laundering will be referred to law enforcement authorities.

oknn provides access to games and betting markets supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules that govern the mechanics of individual games are determined by the respective provider and are accessible within each game interface. Players are advised to review the specific rules and paytables of each game before playing.

General game and betting rules applicable to all products on oknn:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface. oknn reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Confirmed Bets are Final: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform — whether in a casino game or a sports betting market — it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event that a player's internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or live bet, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's records, which are the authoritative record of all game results. If a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the result recorded by the game server will stand.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) games on oknn are supplied by providers that undergo regular independent auditing of their RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the provider and cannot be modified by oknn.
• Sports Betting Markets: Sports betting odds are set by oknn or its data providers and are subject to change up until the event commences (or, in the case of in-play betting, up until the moment the bet is accepted). Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
• Void Bets: oknn reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds; (b) the event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (c) the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet result, the records held on oknn's server — including all RNG game logs, betting history, and transaction records — shall be the definitive record. Players may raise a formal dispute by contacting [email protected] within seven (7) days of the disputed result.

Either party — the Player or oknn — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions described below. Players wishing to close their oknn account voluntarily should contact the support team via email at [email protected] or via live chat after oknn Login. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed immediately with no cooling-off period.

Circumstances under which oknn may suspend or close an account include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or address verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a chargeback initiated by the player's payment provider.
• Detection of multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic bonus abuse.
• Use of automated betting tools or AI systems in violation of these Terms.
• Request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 consecutive months without any login activity) — in which case oknn will notify the registered email address before taking any action.

Where an account is closed by oknn due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposited funds and bonus funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, the net deposited balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings that violate these Terms) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and there are no outstanding disputes, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and oknn with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
